For most users, Apollo organizations must be created by the Apollo product team. Organizations will be created prior to the use of Apollo.
If you are an Agency partner, any Agency Admin user can add an organization by navigating to the Organizations screen via the Waffle menu. Select New Organization. Simply name your Organization and select Create. Note that Agency users are not added as Organization users when the Organization is created. If you wish for an Agency User to be added to an Organization, please follow the steps for adding a user to an Organization.
