Description

Design : Business Requirements

You now have the ability to create and design new business requirements directly from the Business Requirements screen. When you create a new Business Requirement, you can choose to associate existing Apollo Events, Attributes, Data Sources, and Variables with the Business Requirement or choose to create your own Apollo Events, Attributes, Data Sources, or Variables. Items can be created at different scopes depending on your user permissions. For example, if you are an Agency/Organization Admin or Architect, you can create items scoped at the Agency/Organization level, therefore making them available for all Apollo properties within the Agency/Organization.

Design : Business Requirements

When a Business Requirement is created, it will remain in a 'Design Incomplete' Status until a complete tracking item (i.e., the combination of an Apollo Event, Attribute, Data Source, and Variable) is associated with the Business Requirement, at which time you may change the status to 'Design Complete'. Marking a Business Requirement as 'Design Complete' makes the Business Requirement and the associated Tracking Items applicable for enablement and deployment.

In addition to this, there is a new filter on the Business Requirement screen that allows you to filter the Business Requirements list by 'Design Completion' status.

Design : Business Requirements

Agency/Organization Admins and Architects can edit Business Requirements, Tracking Items, Apollo Events, Attributes, Data Sources, and Variables that are scoped at the Agency/Organization level.

Design : Business Requirements

Site Features and Site Vertical filters options are now contextual. You only see the available options based on other filters you have applied to the business requirements list.

Administration

Agency/Organization Admins now inherit all the permissions of Agency/Organization Architects. You can view the full details of user permissions here.
