Design : Edit Business Requirements	You can now add Event Attributes to Business Requirements marked as Design Complete. At the moment, you can only add pre-existing Event Attributes, but in the near future you will be able to remove Event Attributes and create new Event Attributes for Design Complete Business Requirements.
